My Journey Back to Mother Nature to Heal a Dying Nation 

 

Skygina’s practices therapeutic modalities based upon, the most natural ways of healing 

Ourselves. By using what the creator has provided to us in nature, we are more than equipped to activate and achieve our greatest personal healing for Body, Mind, Spirit, and Emotion. 

Beginning with the Body in which our spirit and soul are housed in, next is the gift of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, then comes the substances that we are surrounded around like mineral herb plants air and water. The creator has given us the ammunition and equipped us with everything on this planet to heal ourselves. So we may live a long and healthy, wealthy life upon the face of this planet. This goes with a saying, that says my health is my wealth. 

 

On the journey to finding my sacred place, the first questions I asked myself was “who is God?” and “what are his intentions for me?” I decided to become a God chaser. The journey isn’t easy, laced with many lessons and millions of heartfelt often painful tears. I have stumbled, fallen, crawled and sometimes I had to stand alone in my convictions. I weathered the taunting and failing trust in EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. Often times feeling exposed and afraid I continued to reach forward, and the spark of the Warrior ignited within me giving me the strength to move beyond the obstacles and challenges. I began to hear the whispers of my Ancestors telling me I will never be alone and teaching me to cleanse my mind, body, and emotions. This allowed me to open myself to a greater universal understanding while developing the tools I personally needed to release my fears and activate my personal healing process and growth that is never-ending. This healing process has triggered my healing abilities and has kindled my commitment to helping others reach their sacred place, path or stable foundation. 

 

But I stood steadfast like the warrior ordained to be, and I was able to overcome my challenges and obstacles, because of my commitment to helping others in reaching there infinite landing place or path to building a more stable foundation. I found my own destiny, I rediscovered myself. I had a deep sense of connection to the spirit realm and how we are all connected to the universe. It is not about race color or Creed, that is the distraction. It’s about the survival of the fittest, and wisdom and knowledge and becoming conscious of self-awareness. 

 

This planet is about seedtime and harvest. Surviving in season and out season is the answer. Acknowledging and communing with nature, and all that it has to offer, then sharing energy and space and time. Staying connected with your creator to heal yourself and others. “You see, we are all traveling spirits, we travel from one planet to the next, and as we travel throughout time and space we are learning and gathering information through life living and giving thru pain and suffering we must stay connected to mother earth umbilical cord. 

 

I discovered in my deepest and darkest times, I found it a little bit more palatable by using my god gifted talents and tools that I was already granted. Which are Mind, Body, and Spirit also Air, Water, and Fire Mother Earth have given us every green herb upon the face of the earth for the healing of our bodies.

By staying connected with nature, our health relies upon her strength she is the womb that protects us from disease and the unease. I’ve discovered through staying Connect to her, I could heal myself and help redirect others back to her. She has given us the intuition with connecting to her and communicating with her through the ability of our six senses and with movement and breath by doing yoga and meditation with deep Breaths and controlling every breath I take for releasing the impurities and cleansing the mind-body and soul. These are the gateways of heaven.

With her auric energy field that she has surrounded us with, which protects our bodies that houses our spirit and our chakras/aritu that keeps us protected and grounded on this planet from diseases. When these energies spheres are off-balance we are subjected to illness and disease. Mother Earth Keeps our balance and connected to the planet earth. Which is the womb of life and the umbilical cord is the connection in which we feed on her belly. She is the giver of life she, She will never take life she restores it. She is mother earth, and her husband is the Sun/ RA, he protects her and will destroy anything or anyone that will get in her path. 

 

She supplied us with, Crystals, every herb, the earth Soil, Air and water and Fire and the Sun for Energy the Sun and the Moon for light and guidance.

Since I have started my journey, by changing my diet to help to reshape who I am and what was my purpose, here on this planet. I had to start with self reservation. This is my story.” Since I was 1 yr old, I was diagnosed with asthma. Throughout my childhood at least twice a year I was the child who lived in the bubble. I was placed in an oxygen tent in the hospital at least twice a year. Not being able to inhale the god-given air that I was given when the seasons changed I began to think this was a normal thing for people to have allergies. I hated being different, I wanted to be like every other child that could go out and run and play without using an inhaler. So I started running as a sport and that’s when the healing begins. I cured myself of asthma by changing my diet along with exercising. “ I shouted out I did it!” I cure myself!” I couldn’t believe it!” I didn’t think that it could ever be done.

I felt as though I could now give my deliverance story and I wanted to share it with the world, I am now a living testimony of how I healed myself. My prayers had been answered. Now I can 

continue my journey without disease or unease. After my mom passed away from cancer and diabetes I developed a passion for fitness. Determined not to go down the same path, I changed my lifestyle, became a vegetarian, lost over 70 pounds and was cured of gestational diabetes. Then after having my son, later finding out he had contracted tuberculosis meningitis unknowingly being exposed in a medical facility where he was openly unprotected and unknowingly exposed to a communicable disease that could be harmful to an infant. This is when the warrior in me appeared again, it was fight or flight instinct kicked in. I knew what I had to do. I spent countless days countless nights staying awake. 

​

Through prayer, herbs & sound therapy, and that natural gift that every Mother has the gift of love and affection. Giving back to him what Mother Nature has already equipped every mother with the milk and honey and the antibiotics from my breast to his body I shall shield and protect him, feeding and supplying him with all of the natural antibiotics from my body to his body and absorbing all of the positive energy that I could give him within. The doctors were amazed by how I was steadfast and unmovable and abiding by all of my positive words and feed him positive energy straight from Mother Earth, our creator working through me to heal my son. They said he wasn’t going to live and I said you’re not the giver of life nor the taker, and I do not except your words. To make a long story short, he survived and he’s doing everything that they said he wouldn’t do. He is now in college and studying kinesiology and doing well. So the moral of the story is to stay connected to mother earth because she can cure you of every disease with ease I am a witness to that if we only just believe.

I’ve been through the University of Life, I’ve fallen off but the creator picked me up and turn me around and placed my feet on solid ground. 

​

I a witness she can see you through, Mother earth in all her wonders my is healing a nation through me and you. The creator revealed to me my purpose, and what it was to heal this nation from pain and suffering it is through our food we eat to the water we drink and the air we breathe. My mission now is to serve mankind an be a mentor and inspirator and a guiding light to this world and my family.

There was an old saying! “Everybody can be great. Because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agrees to serve. You don’t have to know the second theory of thermodynamics in physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.” – Martin Luther King, Jr 

 

“ I have discovered this meaning of life in three (four) different ways: (1) by creating a work or doing a deed; (2) by experiencing something or (3) encountering someone; and (4) by the attitude we take toward unavoidable suffering.

My purpose is to help others to reconnect to Nature by helping others heal within your skin, people can find meaning by following some cause like fighting for human rights or researching vaccines for rare diseases. Meaning, in this sense, is always transcendent. It’s about more than us. There is a bigger theme or goal to be reached and our contribution to life is to reach out and touch someone's life. Skygina passionately practices and educates people on holistic self-care through creativity, movement, plant-based nutrition, Womb Reiki Full Body Reiki. She has been practicing yoga for over five years, has been leading a holistic, natural lifestyle for over nine years and mentoring youth for over 30. Since on this journey, she became motivated to help others live healthy lifestyles. She advises, you stay fit and exercise regularly, you will repair your telomeres, which slow down the aging process. It protects your organs, eliminates toxins and maintains the muscular structure of your body SKYGINA is also a mother of 4, so she understands how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while balancing family life. Sky loves combining her gifts, talents, and values to have a positive impact on her global community.
