HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING
A Holistic Health Coach is a facilitator and mentor who empowers, inspires and leads clients to take full responsibility for their own health and supports them in implementing and sustaining lifestyle behavioral changes that will contribute to them achieving their wellness goals. Some common areas where a Holistic Health Coach may help a client focus on wellness are weight management, transitional dieting, sleep promotion, energy enhancement, cravings, stress management, dig- estion, periodic fasting, spiritual wellness, medical compliance, and more.
These are just some of the areas of focus you will find as you progress through the program’s areas that appeal to you the most. Many of the ideas and ideals prom- oted by the Holistic Wellness Service draw on Kemetic and Eastern-yogic (“chakra energy manipulation”) sources as well as from Yoruba-Ifa (west african) insights and concepts into the relations between body zones and spiritual well-being..

The Plain-Old Fashioned Really Healthy Eating Diet Plan for All People
Eating a balanced diet involving all of the food groups with lots of vegetables, nuts and fruits (and minimal meats, processed foods, sugars, breads and dairy prod- ucts) can go a long way in helping you to optimize your health. And if you add ad- equate water-intake and moderate-to-vigorous daily exercise, you can feel ener- gized and sleep better as well. You may wish to avoid any packaged foods the in-gradient labels of which contain more than two words that you cannot pronounce (because this will help you to avoid dangerous preservatives)!
The Atkins diet, or the Atkins nutritional approach, focuses on controlling the lev-els of insulin in the body through a low-carbohydrate diet. f people consume large amounts of refined carbohydrates, their insulin levels rise and fall rapidly. Rising insulin levels trigger the body to store energy from the food that is consumed, making it less likely that the body will use stored fat as a source of energy. There- fore, people on the Atkins diet avoid carbohydrates but can eat as much protein and fat as they like. Although popular for some time, the Atkins Diet comes with certain risks. Again, individuals considering the Atkins Diet should speak with their doctor to get medical clearance.
Vegetarian Ketogenic Diet?
To implement the diet correctly, follow these rules:
Limit your total carbohydrate consumption to 35 grams or less per day.
Eliminate all animal flesh from your diet (e.g., meat, fish, and poultry).
Eat plenty of low-carb vegetables.
Get at least 70% of your calories from fat.
Consume plant-based proteins, eggs, and high-fat dairy to meet your
protein needs (roughly 25% of calories).
Supplement with nutrients that you may not be getting enough of like
vitamins D3, DHA & EPA, iron (for women), and zinc.
Use the keto calculator to figure out your calorie and macronutrient needs.

There are various types of vegetarian: lacto-vegetarian, fruitarian vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, living food diet vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, pesco-vegetar- ian, and semi-vegetarian. The majority of vegetarians are lacto-ovo vegetarians, in other words, they do not eat animal-based foods, except for eggs, dairy, and honey. Studies over the last few years have shown that vegetarians have a lower body weight, suffer less from diseases, and typically have a longer life expectancy than people who eat meat.
Veganism is more of a way of life and a philosophy than a diet. A vegan does not eat anything that is animal-based, including eggs, dairy, and honey. Vegans do not usually adopt veganism just for health reasons, but also for environmental, ethi- cal, and compassionate reasons.
Vegans believe that modern intensive farming methods are bad for our environ- ment and unsustainable in the long-term. If everybody ate plant-based food, the environment would benefit, animals would suffer less, more food would be prod- uced, and people would generally enjoy better physical and mental health, vegans say.
Raw Food Diet
The raw food diet, or raw foodism, involves consuming foods and drinks that are not processed, are completely plant-based, and ideally organic. “Raw foodists” believe that at least three-quarters of a person's food intake should consist of uncooked food. A significant number of raw foodists are also vegans and do not eat or drink anything that is animal based. There are four main types of raw food- ists: raw vegetarians, raw vegans, raw omnivores, and raw carnivores.
The principal aspects of this diet include proportionally high consumption of olive oil, legumes, unrefined cereals, fruits, vegetables, moderate to high consumption of fish, moderate consumption of dairy products (mostly as cheese and yogurt), moderate wine consumption, and low consumption of non-fish meat products. Olive oil has been studied as a potential health factor for reducing all-cause mor tality and the risk of chronic diseases.
The Mediterranean diet is associated with a reduction in all-cause mortality in ob- observational studies. There is some evidence that the Mediterranean diet lowers the risk of heart disease and early death, although a 2019 review determined that the evidence had low quality and uncertain…
All of Egyptiansky’s Holisitic Wellness clients are encouraged to drink adequate amounts of water—pure water (alkaline water is even better). No substitutes. Even rain water is not pure, so your water should be filtered. Adequate hydration is essential for good health, good systematic cleansing, brain energy and appear- ances.
Supplements to Aid Wellness and Morale-Building Through the Use of Micronutrients (Pro-Biotics and Pre-Biotics) That Enhance An Effective Microbiome and, Hence, an Enthusiastic Outlook On Life.
Egyptiansky Holistic Wellness Service will encourage you to add to and comply with the teachings of the supplement source’s guidelines and your physicians and nutritionists advice by using pre-biotics, probiotics, colloidal minerals, vital amino acids (vitamins--especially vitamins D, B-12, and Folic Acid), fish oils, soluble fibers, magnesium glycinate, and other micronutrients in order to raise one’s morale and develop a positive outlook on health, productivity, libido, stamina, and so on. With “EHWS” our role is to encourage, monitor, coach, and inform you, the client, to follow the road to optimal and consistent self-care.
Exercise Enhancement and Access to Consultation
Subject to your doctors’ clearance, for most people health and well-being are en-hance by any degree of additional exercise. Generally-speaking, the more and the more frequently, the better.
By “exercise” we mean exertion and aerobic enhancement, yoga stretching and meditation, recreational sports, muscle strengthening and so on. We can help to encourage you to set goals, track your achievements, locate trainers and to have fun in so doing.
Egyptiansky Holistic Wellness Service offers individual sessions for Kemetic Yoga students. Please see the tab on this website for Kemetic Yoga.
Spiritual Cleansings and “Chakra” Aligning Meditations
Prior to sessions of wellness coaching and services all clients are encouraged to do spiritual cleansings. Your coach/facilitator will give you several easy-to-follow op-tions in this regard. Also Reiki services, Yoni steaming, all kinds of yoga (especially Kemetic yoga) and aerobic exercising sufficient to produce sweating can have bio- logical and spiritual cleansing effects. Vigorous physical exercise or “sweats” using ambient high temperatures (e.g., sweat lodges) require medical clearance; a res- ponsibility that lies with the client.
